MELTING:

Ref: 881017 - Two x Monometer 1-tonne aluminium Rotary Furnaces.  Good working order, with refractory bricks in very good condition.  Regularly maintained.  All original parts, but added gas burner.  In full working condition.

Ref: 991003 - Monometer Twin Gas Burner system for 5-tonne aluminium reverberatory furnace.  System includes 2 x MP40 nozzle mix Gas Burners, designed to provide rapid mixing of LPG and air.  Integral auto-ignition and flame failure system and Metal Temperature Control system.  Turn Down ratio 10:1.  Total Output 8 million Btu / hour.  All equipment fully assembled with all necessary solenoid and control valves.  Separate fully wired and assembled control panel.  This burner system is in “as new” condition, originally supplied in 1999.  Price £10,000. ex works
